Harvey Blubnub was ready for his vacation adrenaline rush. His wife, Darlene, had booked a ride on a robo-rocket sled for the first day of their vacation outside the ocean. He had to sign a waiver and tell them his weight, as there was a limit for the ride and Harvey was over the maximum by quite a bit. He had fudged about his weight, but he was sure that the robot could manage it. It wasn't his fault that he was big boned.
Darlene would be so proud of him, for being brave. He had always wanted to speed over the ground like a real mammal! With a rocket blast, they were off! It was exhilarating at first, as the ground sped beneath them and tiny rocks were kicked up and shot behind them. After the first bump, suddenly it wasn't fun anymore; Harvey's scales were drying out, his nose was running and he could hardly breath because of the rush of air. Harvey Blubnub had changed his mind, he didn't want to be a mammal anymore! The world above the ocean was for the birds!
